Lara Bell (22) is a rising singer/songwriter from the northern Illinois area. Born and raised with country roots, Lara has performed numerous live shows between Chicagoland and Southern WI at various known venues since she was 16 years old. She is thrilled to be back performing at TCH (one of the first venues she performed) sharing her stories in such an organic atmosphere. Lara is an accomplished musician of classical piano, guitar, and ukulele. Her genre diversity captures the crowds attention. Able to adapt to many styles, crowds have compared Lara’s voice to Jewel, Miranda Lambert, Dolly Parton, Ingrid Michaeslon, Brandi Carlile and Joni Mitchell. Along with being a professional gig performer, Lara is also a professional actress/EMC cardholder in the Chicago area. Freshly coming off of her 7th production in a little over a year, she is pleased to be focusing a lot more on her music career in 2020. Although mainly derived of country roots, Lara’s shows consist of favorite classic covers and songs that will take you back, and original melodies that will pull at your heart strings. Lara loves sharing her talents with the world and has many plans of performing, writing, and traveling to new venues in 2020.
