Trivium Dining Presents: Fall Farm-to-Table Dinner

The Liars' Club is proud to welcome Trivium Dining and Tempel Farms Organics to town for a Fall Farm-to-Table dining experience!

Guests will enjoy a five-course organic dinner with drink pairings, prepared by Chicago Chefs Q Ibraheem and Melissa Tantillo and hospitality veteran Marc Tantillo.

Greg Fitzgerald from Tempel Farms will join us to share his insights on all that goes into the organic farming process, from seed to plate.


MENU:

radish & mustard greens tartar, caviar

red snapper fritters, turmeric-infused cauliflower veloute, black garlic marmalade

fried delicata squash, chevre, apple, kohlrabi, arugula, candied pecans, smoked maple syrup

smoked beef shank, braised hakurei turnips, tatsoi & miso cream, japanese black trifeles

frangipane cake with concord grapes, italian buttercream almonds

each course will be paired with wine and spirit selections curated by the Liars’ Club
