The Balcony Dinner is an intimate, five-course farm table-style dinner out on our balcony. Each course will be paired with an exceptional wine from Booker Vineyard (Paso Robles, CA).

Tickets: $130 (includes wine pairings)

MENU:

First Course: Heirloom Tomato Salad | plum, stracciatella
(paired with my favorite neighbor rosé )

Second Course: Sweet Pea Falafel | sumac, parsley salad
(paired with booker white)

Third Course: Ricotta Truffle Ravioli | sweet corn, parmesan, jalapeno, balsamic
(paired with ones syrah)

Main Couse: Slagel Farms Tri-Tip | cauliflower cream, nutmeg
(paired with the harvey & harriet red blend)

Dessert: Chocolate Chip Cookie | housemade ice cream
(paired with my favorite neighbor)

About Drumlin Supper Club:

Sarah Lentz and her husband, Michael Pfeiffer, launched their Chicago-based Drumlin Supper Club in September of 2018. Drumlin's mission is to create delicious menus and inclusive spaces to enjoy them in. From multi-course pop up dinners to cooking classes, their purpose is to bring people together over good food. Their passion for food is very much grounded in exploring the entire arch of food: from growing it, to preparing it, to sitting down and sharing a meal together. About Michael Pfeiffer: Michael is an experienced Chef with a wide variety of culinary experiences. Michael has worked at renowned Chicago restaurants such as Iliana Regan's Kitsune and most recently as a sous chef at Jimmy Papadopoulos's Bellemore.

Michael's passion for cooking has inspired him to share what he has learned with others and to start Drumlin Supper Club. Through Drumlin Supper Club Michael hosts these classes in addition to hosting pop up supper club dinners.
